When you book a rental or request a junk removal quote from A&E Waste Removal, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email, property or delivery address, and photos of the junk or debris. For trailer rentals, we also collect your driver's license number, tow vehicle details, license plate, and a photo of your auto insurance card, which are required to confirm you're covered to tow the trailer.

2. How we use your information

We use this information solely to process your booking or quote request, coordinate delivery or pickup, communicate with you about your rental or service, and comply with the Rental Agreement. A&E Waste Removal does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Payment processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers — Stripe handles all payment data according to its own security and privacy standards.

4. Service providers we use

• Supabase — secure storage of booking records.
• Resend — sending booking and quote confirmation emails.
• Google Analytics — anonymized website traffic and usage data.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — measuring ad performance for our own marketing.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies from Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our ads. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

6. Data retention

We keep booking and quote records for as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes. You can request that we delete your information by contacting us, subject to any records we're required to keep by law.
