Terms & Rental Agreement

1. The equipment

A&E Waste Removal rents a 2026 Dump Trailer 14'. The customer ("Renter") is responsible for the equipment from the moment of pick-up or delivery until it is returned and inspected.

2. Security deposit

A refundable security deposit of $150.00 is charged together with the rental payment. The deposit is refunded within 3 business days after return, as long as the trailer is returned undamaged, clean, and within the allowed weight.

3. Use of the trailer

• The Renter must have a vehicle with adequate towing capacity and a compatible hitch (Bumper Pull, 2 5/16" ball).
• Do not exceed the trailer's maximum allowed weight (GVWR).
• Transport of hazardous, flammable, or legally prohibited materials is not allowed.
• The Renter is responsible for properly securing the load during transport.

4. Late returns

A charge of $50.00 applies for each day the trailer is returned late without prior authorization.

5. Damage and liability

The Renter is responsible for any damage to the trailer during the rental period, beyond normal wear and tear. Repair costs exceeding the deposit will be invoiced separately. A&E Waste Removal is not responsible for damage to the Renter's property or third parties resulting from use of the equipment.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Rental cancellations and refunds are handled manually by contacting A&E Waste Removal directly at 515-918-3682.

7. Service area

Delivery service is available within a 50-mile radius of Des Moines, IA.
