What do I need to tow the trailer?+
A vehicle with enough towing capacity, a compatible hitch, and a valid driver's license. If you'd rather not tow it yourself, we offer delivery and pick-up within the service area.
How does the security deposit work?+
It's charged together with the rental when you book and is fully refundable. We return it within 3 business days after inspecting the trailer, as long as there's no damage or excess weight.
What happens if I return the trailer late?+
A $50.00/day fee applies for late returns. If you need more time, contact us before the return date to extend the rental.
How does delivery work?+
We cover 50 miles around Des Moines, IA. For hourly and daily rentals, choose "Delivery, pickup & dump" at booking: we drop the trailer off, you fill it, and we come back to pick it up and dump it for you — a flat $400.00 that replaces the rental price. Weekly and monthly rentals are self pick-up only.
